Q: What is your return policy?

 A: We accept the return of any undamaged rail kit in its original shipping container for a full refund within 90 days of purchase less 10% re-stocking and  the return shipping fees.

Q: Can I install my cabinets flush to the ceiling using the HIY system?

 A: No, your cabinets will be located 1 and 3/16" from the ceiling even with the wall rail installed flush to the ceiling.

Q: How far away from the wall will my cabinets sit using the rail system?

 A: The HIY system creates a 1/4" gap to the wall but the overall gap will depend on how plumb the walls are. Visible end gaps are usually covered by end panels cut to fit or scribe moulding. 

Q: Can the HIY system be installed on other than wood stud constructed walls?

 A: The HIY hanging rail can be used on any wall system as long as it can be adequately secured to the wall. For wood framed walls the HIY kits contain all the hardware needed to secure the rail to the finished wall. For concrete or concrete block walls we recommend using 3/16" Hex Head Tapcon fasteners. For metal stud walls we recommend using 3/16" Snaptoggles attached vertically through the studs.
